If you encounter any problems with the website's accessibility, please contact us niepelnosprawni@up-sanok.edu.pl

You can use the same method to submit requests for inaccessible information and to request that accessibility be ensured.

Appeal Procedure

Everyone has the right to request the digital accessibility of a website, mobile application, or any of their elements. One can also request that information be made available through an alternative access method, for example, by having a digitally inaccessible document read aloud, describing the content of a video without audio description, etc. The request should include the details of the person making the request, an indication of which website or mobile application it concerns, and a method of contact. If the person making the request needs to receive information via an alternative access method, they should also specify a convenient way for the information to be presented.

The public entity should process the request immediately, no later than within 7 days from the date of the request. If this deadline cannot be met, the public entity will immediately inform the person making the request when it will be possible to fulfill it, with this new deadline not exceeding 2 months from the date of the original request. If ensuring digital accessibility is not possible, the public entity may propose an alternative method of accessing the information. If the public entity refuses to fulfill the request for accessibility or an alternative access method, the person making the request may file a complaint regarding the digital accessibility of the website, mobile application, or an element thereof. After exhausting the procedure mentioned above, a complaint can also be filed with the Commissioner for Human Rights (Ombudsman).
